Do I need to create an account to make a booking?

No. You may book as a guest, but creating an account allows faster booking, saved preferences, and access to your booking history.

Can I modify or cancel my booking?

Yes, bookings can be modified or canceled in line with our cancellation policy. Any changes may incur additional charges.

Can I book multiple properties at once?

Currently, each booking must be processed separately, but you may make multiple reservations in one session.

Payment & Refunds

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and region-specific payment methods. Currency selection is available at checkout.

Can I receive an invoice or receipt?

Yes, an invoice will be automatically generated after payment and can be downloaded from your profile or emailed directly to you.

When will I receive my refund after cancellation?
