- “Guest/User” means any individual or entity making a booking through Barnes.
- “Property” refers to any apartment, villa, or accommodation listed on the Barnes platform.
- “Booking” means the confirmed reservation of a property through Barnes.
Booking Terms
- Bookings are subject to property availability and confirmation from Barnes.
- Guests must meet eligibility criteria (e.g., age, verification, and compliance with local regulations).
- Barnes reserves the right to cancel or decline a booking if information provided is found to be inaccurate or incomplete.
Payment & Fees
- All payments must be made through Barnes’ secure payment system.
- Guests are responsible for paying the full booking amount, including taxes and service fees, as specified at checkout.
- Additional charges (such as cleaning fees, security deposits, or concierge services) may apply depending on the property.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made within the timeframe stated on the booking confirmation are eligible for refunds, subject to property-specific policies.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of booking fees.
- Barnes reserves the right to amend cancellation terms for special promotions or peak seasons.
Responsibilities of Users
- Guests must provide accurate personal and payment information during booking.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition and complying with house rules.
- Any damages caused by the Guest during their stay will be the Guest’s financial responsibility.
Limitations of Liability
- Barnes acts as an intermediary between property owners and Guests and is not liable for disputes, damages, or losses arising from a stay.
- Barnes is not responsible for external factors such as natural disasters, government actions, or events beyond its control.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Barnes disclaims liability for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Barnes operates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
